What happens after you apply?
STEP 2 — Interview + Orientation
If we move forward, you'll attend one of our orientations. We'll cover how Caterwheels works, how the app works, and set you up for success.
STEP 3 — Supported First Week
On your first week, you can shadow a supervisor on a pickup.
They'll answer any questions about the app or the task.
You'll also have dispatchers checking in to make sure everything's running smoothly.
STEP 4 — You're Part of the Team
